  I haven't received my password.
Your password is sent out automatically as soon as we've received notification of your payment. This usually happens within a few minutes, however, please allow up to 24 hours delay to account for delays in receiving email.

If you think the email has gone astray please check your spam/junk/bulk folder to ensure it hasn't gone in there. As a precaution add our email address, help@toptableplanner.com, to your list of contacts/accepted senders.

I've forgotten my password.

I can't log on.
Check you're carefully entering the correct email and password. You might like to copy and paste them using CTRL-C and CTRL-V.

Check that you have cookies enabled in your browser. If cookies are disabled this can prevent you from logging in.

If your account has expired this will also prevent you from logging on.
