Junk/Spam - Unfortunately, sometimes emails do go astray so please check your junk/spam folders to make sure it hasn't gone in there. You might like to add our email address, help@toptableplanner.com, to your list of safe/accepted senders.

Correct email address? - Check you've given us the right email address too. If you've paid using an existing PayPal account, your login details will be sent to the default email address associated with your PayPal account.

If you've not received anything within a few hours, please get in touch so we can resend them to you.
