Toptableplanner Tour

Welcome to the Toptableplanner tour.

In just a few easy steps, we show you how Toptableplanner works and how simple it is to create your seating plan.

Firstly, select "Edit Guestlist" from the menu and add some guests.

If you've already got a guestlist in Word or Excel you can even import it straight into Toptableplanner.

Next, add some tables - choose round, square or rectangular, plus a top/head table if you like.

Now start adding your guests to the plan. Just drag them onto the plan from the 'Unseated Guests' list and drop them on the seat where you'd like them to be.

If you're not exactly sure where you want them, you can leave them 'floating' on the plan.

Move guests and tables around to easily create your perfect seating plan.

Change it around as many times as you like and even save different versions to see what works best.

To see how it looks on paper or if you want to show family and friends, click on "Print" to create a PDF version which you can print.

You can even print your own placecards too.
