I haven't received my password.

Once you've paid, you'll normally receive your password by email within a few minutes. Unfortunately, sometimes emails do go astray so do check your junk/spam folders to make sure it hasn't gone in there.

Check you've given us the right email address too. If you've paid using an existing Paypal account, your login details will be sent to that email address.


I've forgotten my password.

Please see our recover password page which has a form to request a new password to be sent to you.


I can't log on.

Check you're carefully entering the correct email and password. You might like to copy and paste them using CTRL-C and CTRL-V.

Check that you have cookies enabled in your browser. If cookies are disabled this can prevent you from logging in.

If your account has expired this will also prevent you from logging on.


How do I change my email address or password?

Once logged in, the "My Plans" page has forms allowing you to change your password or email address.
