Returns Policy
Toptableplanner takes great pride in customer satisfaction. Not only do we provide a time-free trial of our online table planning tool but we also offer a 7 day moneyback guarantee.

If, for whatever reason you are unhappy with your purchase of the table planning tool, you should let us know within 7 days of your purchase. Please indicate your Toptableplanner username and state the reason(s) for which you are unhappy.


Licence Conditions
By purchasing a subscription, you are purchasing a licence to use the table planning tool. This licence is granted to a single individual or organisation and allows them unlimited use of the tool for the duration of that licence. The licence is non-transferable.

Individual Licence: This is granted to a private individual and allows use of the tool for planning events for the duration of the licence. You may allow your friends, family or colleagues to access and modify your plans. However, transfer or use of the account by a third party for their own benefit would constitute misuse under the agreement of the licence.
An Individual Licence is valid for 6 Months.

Professional Licence: This licence allows use of the tool for planning events in a corporate environment. Any business use of the tool requires a professional licence. The licence allows use of the tool by multiple employess of the licenced organisation but is limited to the employess based at an individual site. Use of the tool by employees based at other sites requires the purchase of additional licences.
A Professional Licence is valid for 12 Months.

Toptableplanner reserves the right to close accounts where misuse has been identified.


Hardware and Software Compatability
Toptableplanner shall not be responsible for ensuring that the website or its services are compatible with a particular user's software or hardware. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that any service provided is compatible before use.

A fully featured, time-free trial is provied to allow testing for compatability.


Limitation of Liability
In no event will we be liable for any loss or damage including without limitation, indirect or consequential loss or damage, or any loss or damage whatsoever arising from loss of data or profits arising out of, or in connection with, the use of this website or its services.

Every effort is made to keep the website and its services up and running smoothly. However, Toptableplanner takes no responsibility for, and will not be liable for, the website being temporarily unavailable due to technical issues beyond our control.
