Can I import guestlists from other files?
Yes, you can import your Excel and Word guestlists.
For Excel files:
- In Excel, make sure your guest names are in the first cell of each row.
- Save the file as a csv file - go to 'File', 'Save As' and select 'CSV (Comma Delimited)(*.csv)'.
- Now you can import this file into your TopTablePlanner guestlist.
For Word documents:
- In Word, ensure each guest is on a new line.
- Save the file as a txt file - go to 'File', 'Save As' and select 'Plain Text (*.txt)'.
- Now you can import this file into your TopTablePlanner guestlist.
Can I export my plan data?
Yes, could can export your plan data as a CSV file which opens in Excel.
In the "Plan Statistics" menu, click on the link to "Export Plan Data as CSV File".
This will generate a file containing a list of all your guests along with their associated menu choice, RSVP status, guest type and their assigned table.
Once opened in Excel, you can then manipulate that data to your exact requirements.
How do I email my plan to someone else?
Click on the printer icon, set the options and click on the "Create and Open PDF" button.
When the PDF opens, use the relevant menu in Adobe Reader to save the PDF and then attach it to an email in the usual way.
If you don't already have Adobe Reader installed, you can download it here.
iPad users should install the free Adobe Reader app and when the PDF is created by TopTablePlanner, click to "Open in Adobe Reader". You can then use the menu in the Adobe Reader app to "Email Document".
